Abstract

Majeed Amjad is considered one of the prominent poets of the twentieth century who, through the power of perception, unveiled the mysteries of the universe. Due to his deep connection with the phenomena of nature, he constantly strives to overcome destructive forces. His ultimate goal is to ensure the protection of nature. In his poems, the local environment and its elements are presented in a dynamic manner, and he expresses his emotions with a deeply burning heart. Distressed by environmental pollution and societal negligence, he seeks to draw the attention of state institutions. Trees, birds, footpaths, and other natural elements grow and thrive in his poetry. He addresses diverse themes, ranging from societal issues to awakening collective consciousness.
